Having said that then, my first role as a realtor, whether you are buying or selling, is one of educator: providing for you and discussing with you, any relevant information of the market that may influence your decision!
My next role is coach: encouraging you to move forward with the decisions you have made given the market information that we have discussed!
Then I become a scribe: preparing and presenting any documentation required, given your decision to move forward!
…..and finally I become a negotiator: working with you to achieve optimal results for any offers in play!
